How to complete your Kit Home - step-by-step with Kitome

  • Download a Kitome brochure and select the design that suits your floor plan requirements and has the exterior style you prefer.
  • Make an appointment with one of our sales consultants at your nearest Kitome location. Bring details of your land size and location so we can confirm the overall design will fit your plot and suit your budget.
  • Choose the stages you'd like us to quote on:
    • External materials
    • All internal linings
    • Kitchens and bathrooms
  • We then prepare a fixed price quote that's guaranteed for 30 days.
  • If you'd like to amend the design, for a small fee we will supply a set of plans to your preferred specifications. This design fee will be subtracted from the price of your Kitome if you proceed.
  • Once you have finalised your design choice and you agree on the quote, we prepare a contract. On payment of a 5% deposit, we supply you with your plans and energy rating documents.
  • You'll find Kitome's skilled customer service team will assist you throughout the entire project.
  • On request, we provide an additional service to help you obtain the necessary approvals to start construction.
  • Once you have council approval and are ready to build, we then liaise with you (or your builder if you're not an owner builder) - to organise the delivery schedule.
  • We use reliable transport contractors for all deliveries. They have a great track record for excellent customer service.
  • After each delivery, a Kitome consultant will be in contact to make sure that everything is running smoothly. We value all customers' feedback. This helps ensure that all Kitome's processes are the best they can be and that Kitome continues to be No. 1 in the market.
  • You'll find Kitome's helpful consultants can assist you throughout every stage of the project - all the way until you move in to your new home!
