Yes. Kitome is one of the only companies that manufacture its own frames and trusses. We have a state-of-the-art, fully computerised drawing and design program - so we can supply homes of any style, shape and size.

For a small fee (that's refundable if you proceed to contract), you can utilise our custom design service to modify any Kitome plan.
Yes, you can choose between 2440, 2540, 2740 and 3000mm ceiling heights. Our standard ceiling height is 2440mm. If you wish you couldeven nominate a special ceiling height!
Your choices are many and varied. You can select from Weathertex or James Hardie's range of claddings- plus you have the choice to build your home with any bricks supplied by PGH.
We require a 5% deposit upon signing the contract. This equips you with detailed home building plans and BASIX (NSW only)or Energy Ratings required for your location certificates.
Your sales consultant provides delivery costings at the time of signing the contract.
The major difference is the big saving you can make with Kitome. By doing the building work your self- or even part of it - or engaging trades directly, you could save thousands of dollars!
Most customers are amazed at the full extent of what you get in our kits. We encourage you to view our display homes and see for yourself.
In most cases we manufacture your Kitome in about five weeks from receipt of your Delivery Request. In special cases we can supply components (such as gyprock) with as little as two weeks notice, however kitchen and bathroom items take the full five weeks. All lead times can vary around holiday periods.
Kit Homes can be built in as little as eight weeks.
Yes, a Kit Home can be built with average handyman skills.
At the 'Lock Up' stage, the house is generally weatherproof and finished externally - the roof, external walls, windows and doors are all fitted.
Yes, our Kitomes can be delivered all over the world. You'll find them in New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and even China!
Yes. We supply engineered designed working drawings for you home, ready to be submitted to your local Council or Building Certifier.
Yes - all our kits are designed with the environment in mind. We will work with you to achieve your Energy Efficient compliance and all working drawings come with an Energy Efficiency Plan to demonstrate compliance with Council regulations.
Our sales consultants are in contact with many organisations and suppliers, so they can easily refer you to a Builder in your area.
All our Kits are delivered using a semi or rigid truck. Most vehicles are fitted with cranes (depending on location) to enable easy off-loading.
