Kitome flexibility - for all your requirements

Kitome also designs custom garages. A single, double or triple garage can be easily supplied as part of a kit purchase. Or for the ultimate in convenience, your garage can be supplied in advance of the main kit so you can use it for storage or as a workshop.

With Kitome you have the choice of either timber or steel frames. In order to give product flexibility and total product quality control, we offer both. In fact, we're amongst the very few Australian Kit Home manufacturers who give you this option.

You'll also find Kitome is not a set modular form. We provide you with options in many areas such as wall heights, roof pitch and span. These can all be manufactured to your individual specifications - so your house will be precisely the way you want it to be.

Kits are designed to be built on either a concrete slab or with bearer and joist construction - this makes them adaptable to most building sites.

If you decide not to build on a concrete slab, Kitome offers a floor kit system to suit your home with a choice of timber flooring for polishing or sheet flooring for use with floor coverings.
