Gift Voucher Promotion
This Offer is available to past or existing parties to a Purchase Agreement with Kitome Pty Ltd who refer a new client/s to Kitome Pty Ltd who subsequently purchase a full kit from Kitome Pty Ltd.
Rewards are as follows: $500 reward for a house sold worth up to $49,999, $750 reward for a kit home sold worth between $50,000-$74,999 and $1000 Reward for a kit home sold worth over $75,000.

Claimants - Joint parties to a past Purchase Agreement will only be entitled to claim one Reward
per new referral. Claimants will only receive Reward payment once the complete kit home is delivered
and all contractual payments are finalised.

Cancellation - Should any part of the kit purchase be cancelled or not paid for the Reward will be forfeited.

Payment - Satisfaction of the Reward will be by way of the issuance of a Universal Gift Card (www.universalgiftcard.com.au). Universal Gift Card Terms and Conditions and operational instructions

Term - This offer is only valid to new Purchase Agreements executed by COB 31st March 2010 and
completed within 12 calender months ie:31/3/2011. This offer may be extended or withdrawn at the
discretion of Kitome Pty Ltd.
