This Clairmont is the second to be built by Kitome as a demonstration home as it has proven to be such a popular design.
The construction of this home commenced on 14th March 2002 and
was completed by the 3rd June 2002. The majority of the home was
built by Kitome staff with the help of qualified trades people to carry
out works such as electrical and plastering.
The Clairmont on display has a slightly altered floor plan as shown in
our current brochure with 19.5 squares of country style living. The Clairmont provides visitors with an insight to the manufacturing quality
of the Kitome product and the flexibility of it's many floor plans.
Below is a list of upgrades made to the inclusions of the standard home that you may like to consider when building your new home.
- Ceiling height raised from 2.4 meters (8ft) to 2.7 meters (9ft)
- Exposed cathedral ceiling to the living and family
- Handrails added all the way around the verandah
- External stairs at entry (treated pine)
- Linen cupboard extended at the end of the entry
- Leadlight entry door upgrade
- Bathroom and ensuite layouts altered
- Enlarge bathroom window from 1006 to 1012
- Optional floor kit
