WEEK 12
With the painters taking over the home, David the builder seizes the opportunity to go on holiday's for two weeks, much to the relief of the painters who relished the time alone to do what they do best, PAINT!
With the inside of the home nearing completion at the end of Week 12 (Day 82), Dean & Artour's skill as painters is starting to show, the colours as predicted are giving the home a neutral feeling and excitement
is beginning to grow as carpets are measured, and the cabinets in the laundry cupboards are fitted.
Unfortunately not everything goes to plan with one of the cabinet doors hinged incorrectly, disappointing
but to the credit of the boys at the office, a replacement door is not far away, and it won't hold up the
project. With David the builder returning from holidays, the rear deck is started on Day 81 and completed
the following day.
